At Nema Home care, we believe in effective and quality service at all times so that our service can be safe, caring, effective and responsive. Our Quality Monitoring officer is to ensure that our service is monitored closely and regularly to ensure compliance with highest attainable standard. Service User Care Plans are reviewed on an individual basis, according to assessed need, but at least every month We have audited robust system in place to enable us monitor the quality of our service constantly.
Apart from the in-house Quality Assurance officer, we have also had external independent Quality Assurance team that will be remunerated. Their role is to ensure we are compliant in all areas of service in accordance to the standard of the regulator
body – Care Quality Commission Standard. We shall involve our Service User and their families in assessing the quality of our services to complete our annual survey and Their opinions counts respectively. There is going to be Care Workers’ survey at regular intervals as well. We welcome feedback on our service from all stakeholders.
We are open and transparent to feedback irrespective whether is compliment, complaint or concerns. We welcome feedback from everyone in relationship with us. We are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) detail of our inspection report can be found on their website; www.cqc.org.uk.
